Event Booking Form

We require a £150 non-returnable deposit for all events the balance must paid 7days before the event by bank transfer. Please confirm if you would like an invoice raising. Our Bank details are Bank Santander Account number 06489625 sort code 09-01-27 please use the of the event and date of the event as a reference

The event won’t be confirmed until booking form is returned and the deposit has been paid, we only hold your provisional booking for 5 days only, unless agreed.

If the event is cancelled for any reason , you are still fully responsible for full payment, 100% if cancelled within 7 days, or 50% if cancelled within 60 days. We always try to ensure that the entertainer/character you booked attends the event, however due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, car problems or holidays, we reserve the right to offer an alternative one if required. Rascals Entertainment reserves the right to make any changes to the activity and games plan that is deemed necessary. Such changes may be attributed to (but are not limited to) weather, venue hazards & restrictions, guest numbers & age and ability levels. Rascals Entertainment reserves the right to request the removal from the party, any child causing significant disruption or safety risk to themselves or other guests. If the request is refused, Rascals reserves the right to terminate the party/event. We do have Public Liability insurance up to £5million. - Disclaimer: Some dance activities require physical exertion and include inherent risk of injury. Participation by your child (or children at your event) or children is your acceptance of that risk, on their behalf. Rascals Entertainment will not accept liability for the injury of any child at a Rascals Entertainment party/event. When using the snow machine we do not except any responsibility for the floor surface during and after the snow machine has been used, we request you to ensure that the floor is cleared/dried up immediately to dry the surface and ensure it remains safe.
